Reservations and Deposits

All reservation inquiries may be held for 24 hours. A deposit payment is required to confirm each reservation.

Confirmed reservations are subject to the cancellation policy as listed below.

Deposits are equivalent to one night stay in the chosen accommodation.

Reservations are taken no more than 1 year in advance.

All campsite reservations are for 1 sleeping unit and up to 8 individuals.  Additional units may be used with prior approval and an additional $20/night fee.

Although we hope you do not need to cancel your reservation, we understand that life can be unpredictable.  Therefore, for your cancellation requested 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit amount minus a minimal processing fee. The cancellation fee for campsites is $10.00.  The cancellation fee for cabin reservations is 15% of the paid deposit for your reservation.  Any cancellation made within 14 days of your arrival date is subject to the forfeiture of the full deposit amount.  The above cancellation fees are assessed for reservations during peak season; which includes Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Pre Memorial day and post Labor Day cancellations within 7 days of the reservation are $5 for campsites and 10% of deposit payment for cabins. In the event your reservation is cancelled by management due to early freeze, all deposits or payments will be refunded in full. We will attempt to contact any No show reservations to reschedule.  No show reservations forfeit all deposit payments and are subject to full payment of the reservation.
