Q: Do you allow Pets?
We love dogs and welcome them to accompany you during your stay.
All dogs are required to be maintained on a 6’ (maximum) leash at all times if outside the cabin or sleeping unit.
A tie out (6’ maximum) may be used on your campsite if owner is present and attentive. No tie outs may be used if owner is off grounds.
Please be considerate of your camping neighbors and ensure your pet stays within your campsite while tied out.
If you intend to leave your pet alone in the cabin, please use a pet carrier to avoid anxiety for your pet and unwanted damages to the cabin or furnishings.
For all cabin rentals, there is a $20 pet fee/pet/cabin with a maximum of 2 pets. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for any damage to the cabin, furnishings or grounds caused by your pet.
Owners with undeclared pets in any cabin will be charged $45 per pet.
No pets are allowed in the shower house or the Inflatable Park.
All pet owners are required to pick up all pet feces. We have Mutt Mitts for your convenience.
If your dog exhibits aggressive behavior towards other campers, visitors or other pets, the campground owner may ask you to find other camping accommodations without issuing a refund for your stay.
Our 13 year daughter does offer pet sitting services for guests. Please ask about availability and fees at time of check in.
Q: What if I can't make my reservation?
Although we hope you do not need to cancel your reservation, we understand that life sometimes throws a wrench in your plans. Therefore, for your cancellation requested 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit amount minus a minimal processing fee. The cancellation fee for campsites is $10.00. The cancellation fee for cabin reservations is 15% of the paid deposit for your reservation. Any cancellation made within 14 days of your arrival date is subject to the forfeiture of the full deposit amount.
Q: Do you offer seasonal sites?
Log Cabin Resort and Campground specializes in overnight camping. Currently, seasonal sites are not available.
Q: What are you doing for COVID-19
Our first priority is the safety of our guests and employees. Our operating procedures are in accordance with 'Best Practices for Recreational equipment' as published by the Wisconsin Health Department and Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. As always, our equipment is being cleaned between guest usage. Additionally, our shuttle vans are limited to one family group per vehicle and disinfected between groups. If you are interested in self shuttling, arrangements may be made to do so. Currently our Inflatable Splash and Play waterpark and sauna are closed as we work with the health department to re-open safety.
Q: When is Check-in?
Campground Check-in is 12:30pm and Check-out is 11:30am. Cabin Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am.
